During 2025 - 26 we will begin making the transition from on-line parents evenings to in person parents evenings.  

The on-line parents evenings are hosted on the School Cloud platform and will take place on the following dates - 

Year 13 - 25th September 2025 

Year 10 - 12th March 2026 (Band JK)

Year 10 - 19th March 2026 (Band LM) 

Information will be sent to parents prior to the parents evening inviting them to book appointments with their son/daughter's teachers and there is information attached below which explains how to use the School Cloud system.  

The 'in person' parents evenings will take place at Shelley College on the following dates:

Year 9 (band RS) - 20th November 2025

Year 9 (band TU) - 27th November 2025

Year 12 - 22nd January 2026

Year 11 (band JK) - 5th February 2026

Year 11 (band LM) - 12th February 2026

You will receive notification when bookings open - and you will be able to book your appointments via the Arbor system/app.  

The parents evenings run from 4,30 pm - 7.30pm
