Extended Services Parental Questionnaire

Dear Parent/Carer

As you may be aware, all schools have to be providing access to Extended Services within the next few years. We are doing research into the sort of activities that would be of interest to you and your family as it is really important that we get the views of everyone involved (our stakeholders) and that our budget is spent wisely.
