The Technology team at Shelley College endeavour to provide a learning experience that involves creativity and making. As you explore the content of our Web pages you will notice the wide range of subject choice available for students to develop their own specialist study package.

Our Teaching and Learning activities do have a significant vocational aspect that has proved to be inspirational and a stepping stone to a successful career for many of our former students. The creativity we expect from our students relies on analytical thinking skills. It is very important to note that making or manufacturing is the logical step that follows the thinking.

Our facilities and training are up-to-date with the latest techniques, resources and equipment. Here at Shelley we consider Technology to be about the application of Scientific Knowledge, Principles and Theories. Whether working with food ingredients, textile fibres, metal alloys, an electronic control system or a scaled architectural model, the Technology Team has the capability to inspire and sustain the ambitions of all students.
